The atmosphere is so friendly and working in Mazars is like working in family. Multicultural place You will have to take responsabilities very quickly even for interns; it's sometimes challenging but this is how people learn. No bad competition spirit between the coworkers Flexible time The best work life balance ever for a company in the audit field Increasing number of mom auditors which show that work life balance is great The salaries and benefits are in line with the Big 4
Cons
Some of the clients are not as cooperative as they would be if they were dealing with auditors from Big 4 and the turnover can be very high.
