Pros
- Hybrid work model. - Very young team.
Cons
- Below average pay compared to the industry. - Competency level across all level is low, quality of work is poor. - More social media fronting to cover up for a toxic environment. - Unfair employment practices like malicious terminations, withholding performance appraisal results, extensive work hours (you can be on a minimum of 10 work engagements) with unrealistic deadlines, top-down review of performance only, no care for sick employees that are not management's favourites. - Tools for work are in poor conditions (second-hand gadgets), they develop faults frequently and you are expected to repair them with your money. - Doesn't promote performers, promotes those that promotes the company with an overwhelming social media presence. - It's not a top 5, management keeps lying about that and their resource library compared to big 4s is abysmal. (Not promoting big 4 here). - The leadership can be despicable at punishing their best hands who request (not demand) fairness and accountability for their contributions. - Managers can destroy your career by hiding your excellent results from decision makers just to promote their favourites. - The DEI culture aims at exploiting your vulnerabilities to box you in psychologically with threats and intimidations.
