Pros
You earn airline miles. They have nice tee-shirts if you're lucky enough to get one. They know how to party and get drunk. Great if you don't have any integrity, a family, a conscience, or a life.
Cons
Fortune Builders paints a picture to the people who attend their seminars that if they join their mastery program, they'll be successful as real estate investors. They treat the "up-sale" at the three-day event like it's an "interview" process, and they have to choose and qualify students to join the Fortune Builders' cool-kids club called mastery. My conscience could no longer handle the fact that we're helping people liquidate their retirement accounts and coaching them how, max out their credit cards, and borrow from their loved ones all for the illusion that they can be successful and leverage a "proven system." If you want to be successful as a real estate investor, you don't need to spend $15,000 to $25,000. Fortune Builders think they're different and have more integrity than all the other scam artists out there selling people a "proven" way to succeed in Real estate. The whole real estate investor education seminar business is scam including Fortune Builders. Btw, I'm not the only employee that feels this way, even one of the promenade speakers feels like it's a scam, but is in it for the $1 million+ he'll make this year.
