Title say it all, There are no benefits except if you are self learner you gain some exp, through youtube, google and stackoverflow.

thr are many - No salary for months, - Worst Team work, with Negative attitude. - No professional gain, - No development strategy our plan, - uncountable things dude ......etc etc...

This was my first job, but we enjoyed alot there by playing Counter Strike and NFS. I dont find any pros, i'm just filling this mandatory field, just look down for cons
