Pros
My former employer came on board with Fortune to try and reduce benefits costs. The cost to the employees was reduced, but it cost the company a ton in ridiculous fees. Not worth it.
Cons
The entire experience was just terrible. From onboarding, to weekly payroll, to our separation with them, it was an absolute nightmare. No one responds to emails, and when they do they're needlessly rude. I'm currently fighting with them to get a copy of my W2 from last year. They claimed they mailed it (although I never received it) and now they want me to pay $14.95 to get a replacement copy. Ridiculous.
