      Work life balance is very good

      Cons

      Work load is not balanced. Person “A” can repair 5 boards and person “B” can repair 15 boards. But there is no incentive to work harder, person “B” does not get better raises than person “A”. So employees tend to actually work half their shift and BS the other half.

      Great collaboration with some amazing people.

      Cons

      A lot of toxic behavior from the C level since the original owners retired which is now reflected in middle management. Gaslighting, straight out lying, and not doing what’s best for the company or its employees is the standard.
