      Nice colleagues and some learning opportunities

      Cons

      Upper management is a clique and very disorganized. They spent an absurd amount of money on the clinical development “spin off” from the Lab Diagnostics business unit because they aren’t getting contracts due to incompetent leadership. They ended up laying off people while giving execs large bonuses

      Cons

      Typical of all CROs you will very likely have a very high workload and little time for air.
