      There are no pros, not one.

      Cons

      No benefits, horrible and disrespectful upper management, extreme working hours and conditions, general mismanagement of time and completely vertical organizational structure means nothing can be done.

      Nothing, except for a few people working there

      Cons

      This a place for people to be exploited, working for more than 10 hours a day, the pay checks are declared to a minimum, then the rest is received in an envelope. Life-work balance is not existent at all.
