      Young and enthusiastic people, but they go really fast as nothing is good

      Cons

      Unregulated pay (minimum wage), rest in the envelope in cash Low salaries, 70-90k rsd 14 days of vacation (by law is 20) No management system, all controlled by one man

      Nothing, except for a few people working there

      Cons

      This a place for people to be exploited, working for more than 10 hours a day, the pay checks are declared to a minimum, then the rest is received in an envelope. Life-work balance is not existent at all.
