Pros

Great place to learn various topics surrounding security, cloud technologies, and what goes into the planning and execution of these applications to assist the customer base. Team was always very friendly and always willing to help. Helped me begin to understand the basics of AWS/Azure along with other security-focused concepts that you come across in the industry.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy, as with any role, overall communication can always be stronger across various teams.
