      Pros

      It was the 8/6 roster. A great job with good pay - you were working to live but now...............

      Cons

      ...................changed to 2/1 roster so a good job gone bad - you are living to work. Basically a laughably inept and badly managed company that has no future. But it was good while it lasted.

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
