Pros

Great at messing with the Glassdoor algorithm

Cons

If you are a tactical sales professional looking to make money, this is not the place for you. The core product addresses a very narrow market with limited demand, making it nearly impossible to hit meaningful numbers. Internally, the environment is extremely difficult. Staff and senior leadership turnover is constant — it feels like a revolving door with the same behaviors and patterns repeating over and over. The culture is toxic, with little accountability for leadership failures. The Customer Success organization is particularly problematic. Its leader is widely known as narcissistic, creating drama and internal conflict at every turn, yet somehow remains entrenched in the business. It’s one of the most difficult internal teams to work with. Don’t just take my word for it — reach out via LinkedIn to previous employees and you’ll hear the same story. The glossy 4+ ratings you see are not reflective of the day-to-day reality.

Pros

Great company culture in office in nyc, we have other offices around the world but can't speak much on those, there is a great emphasis on culture, no toxicity at all from what I've seen. Great benefits, half day Fridays every week in the US. Upper management is extremely transparent on how the company is doing with frequent all-hands meetings to share big picture progress.
