Pros

Competitive salary Good vacation policy

Cons

- Rampant favoritism throughout the organization - Meeting overload is insane - beyond the daily standups, there are sprint retros, sprint presentations, sprint planning, sprint presentation rehearsals, and you're expected to attend every single one. Most of this could easily be handled asynchronously but they don't care about your time - Extremely toxic work environment (at least on my project) - people have prepotent attitudes, clear favoritism, and if you dare propose alternative solutions you get publicly shamed - No real ownership of your work - they just expect you to execute everything without autonomy - They advertise as "fully remote" but constantly pressure you to come into the office - Major lie about internal mobility - they claim if you're unhappy on a project, they'll reassign you to another one. In reality, if you ask to switch projects, you just get fired instead
