Pros
Paraclete is concerned with the well-being of humans. This company is filling a hole that is much needed in the workforce--providing the space, opportunity, and permission to talk to someone who will listen. Much different than prescriptive coaching or one-size-fits-all counseling--a no-judgment opportunity to be heard and have someone ask potent questions as you process and discover.
Cons
I wouldn't even call this a "con"--more of a reality check . . . Paraclete is newer on the scene. As such, there are startup issues that arise that are different than the ones you might encounter working for a company that's a well-oiled machine. Being aware of this is helpful as one navigates a position here. Knowing the management is responsive and has a desire to address all the issues is encouraging.
