7yThank you for your feedback. At FORMULATRIX, we set 6-month goals for our project teams as a set of guidelines for what we would like to accomplish over that period. Employees are given the freedom to develop and execute plans on how they believe they can best achieve their goals. Often times we are successful at meeting these goals, but sometimes we are not. We believe that our failures provide the stepping stones for success and encourage learning in all forms.
