Pros
- One of the very few (if not none) robotics RnD companies in Indonesia - International colleagues (mostly from the US, obviously) - Innovative biotech products with international market - Multidisciplinary (electrical, firmware, mechanical, software engineering) - Prospective future
Cons
- Unbalanced work-life (50 hours per week is not good in the long term!) - Terrible working environment (air conditioning) - Tremendous workload (difficult goals vs few workers) - Minimal mentoring due to high workload for everyone, bad for new employees. Even new senior engineers struggle a lot at the first months!
