•45hours work/week and you don't get paid for overtime here, they just tack those hours onto your next day's shift so work life balance is gonna be to good to be true. •The pay is low while performance expectations are way too high, •Some of the employee are good, some are okay, and some are just insufferable especially SOME from those group of people who aren't working in Indonesia; Lack of communication skill, take days to finish a task, takes even longer to fix a bug that they (somehow) made by themselves, always complaining about not even God know what, and they keep RUINING PEOPLE'S CODE and just leave it unfixed. Idk why they are still employed, it's like a ticking bomb for the company.
