For name sake I have been promoted. Rest I would like to suggest that please be aware of the fake positive reviews given by HR and paralegal under pressure from management on different platforms. You guys do your own research on professional platforms like linkedin or other social media platforms and connect with former employees who left the organization and ask each question/query/concern/reality about this organization before joining here. Beware of current employees and trust former employees. Everything is fake here. Save yourself from harrassment. Dont spoil your career by joining here. The founder is pathetic and saddist person. He only wants money and will squeeze you like anything.
