Best part about working at Formativ is the transparency about the job and the support they provide to the employees. I feel like they have been very upfront with the information and honest about what we do as employees.The people I work with are great and will do anything to help you succeed. Some other great things I'd like to mention is that we get coffee, tea and hot chocolate to go along with weekends off and paid lunch breaks. This company really cares about their employees.
