It's a job that pays the bills

It's an old boys club. Somewhere that if you are buddies with the boss you get promoted, even if you are as useful as tarten paint. They are totally disorganised. The management should all have been sacked the 1st time it went into administration. There is very much a culture of if you brown nose you will go far. They lie to their employees, recently telling people they were safe and business was doing well, only to have administrators turn up last week. Low and behold after 110 employees lost jobs in 2021 another 174 were dismissed today. They will not be getting paid by the company. However this company is happy to pay time and a half for overtime this weekend. The health and safety aspect is a joke.. Electrians told the managers following the electrical box being soaked to leave it off for 24 hours, but not 8 hours later it was turned back on and workers were forced to work in an unsafe environment.
