Pros
It's really hard to actually think on the positive side of working here. Specifically if you are in tech department. Mostly all your saturdays and sometimes sundays too will be working in 3 out of 4 weeks.
Cons
1. 12 paid leaves a year......i mean there is no concept of sick/casual leave . When you will go to ask for leave , it will be given to you as if they are doing a big favour not firing you and giving u leaves. 2. as mentioned in other revoiews HIRE AND FIRE is CPMPANY'S POLICY. Being in upper management, i have seen management saying , let's hire Mr. XYZ , if he is good then ok , if not we will fire him in 10days. Seriously is 10days time really enough to judge someone ?? 3. MICRO-MANAGEMENT, Once whole formac team got an email from CEO THAT EMPLOYEES CANNOT USE HEADPHONES IN OFFICE , AS IT DISTURBS WORK......i mean seriously ?? You will be judged for everything ....and i mean literally everything. 4. YOU WILL WORK AS IF THIS A STARTUP( that means lot of work pressure ) BUT EVERY OTHER RULE WILL BE AS IF THEY ARE A BIG MNC . They will tell u at every point that u need to work a lot because we are a startup but at the time of increment (MAX RAISE ANYBODY GOT WAS 12%) , they are MNC. 5. I can just go on and on .....but its really suggested that NEVER JOIN SUCH COMPANY. I have seen atleast 2 firing per month, (once 7 employees were fired in a month, also if u are under PROBATION PERIOD , YOU WILL JUST BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE PAID A SINGLE RUPEE. ) 6. MANAGEMNET HAS ASKED CURRENT EMPLOYEES TO GIVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON GLASSDOOR.
