I left one job to go to Formfox. The training consisted of watching videos. I'm used to working in professional companies who offer good training programs lasting several weeks. My 2nd day on the job, their website went down and I was put on phones. I listened in on live customer calls approximately 3 times for maybe 1 hour each. 1 1/2 months later a new hire arrived. He was friends with one of my co-workers. He was trained for 2 solid weeks, guided, listening to live calls daily. After I'd been their almost 3 months, they lost a major client. By that time I was handling 30 odd calls an emails daily. Last Friday I was asked into a conference room and fired as "I wasn't where I should be after 90 days" ( it hadn't been 90 days).

I loved the people I worked with and I was able to learn and grow a lot! It was a great overall experience and I would recommend working here to anyone.
