I've been with Forgestrong Management for the past five months and have seen a lot of growth for myself as well as others. Markus is currently opening a second location which goes to show that the company is growing fast in their short time of operation. Leaders like Rashad, Josh, and Matt have helped to teach new representatives the basics for the business. The company provides a guaranteed weekly base pay which is nice as a lot of marketing and sales company are commission only anymore. The company does not focus on sales but rather team development and growth of the person.

Not the typical 9-5, must put in the work if you want to grow fast.
