Seeing the actuals versus the budgets on these projects makes the amount of uncompensated labor glaringly obvious. The working conditions for many staff members, particularly visa-dependent employees, feel horrific. On top of the burnout, the vacation policy is basically non-existent; you max out at a mere 10 days (80 hours) of vacation for your first four years of employment.
