Pros
The engineering atmosphere is great. Lots to learn, lots of flexibility. Mobbing, pairing, all things auth. Engineers are given a lot of freedom and they rely in our criteria. It is easy to chose what one wants to do and there is a lot of mobility. There is a lot of collaboration and open discussion, and everyone has an opinion. Sharing and learning from each other is always a first. There are lots of social activities too, and everyone is very approachable and welcoming. Conflicts are dealt with straightaway in general, and it is easy to know what is going on all the time - management shares what is going on all the time
Cons
If you like working in isolation, or have a hard time taking responsibilities quickly (nothing wrong with either of them!), then this may not be your place. Constant pairing, conflict solving, openly discussing everything and being proactive is always expected from a forgerocker.
