Working at this company has been a genuinely positive experience. The team is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other succeed. I’ve had the opportunity to, take on meaningful challenges, and contribute to projects that make a real impact. What stands out most is the company culture. There’s a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and valuing employees’ ideas. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a real sense that people’s contributions are recognised and appreciated. Nothing that I can think of right now

Small knit group of people all working together, the company is growing but not at the cost of culture and direction. No hinderances to progressing the company - We are not weighed down by having to bounce ideas between numerous layers/ departments instead im free to just go and have a chat with the relevant people and then it's full steam ahead! Social events have been great so far - Christmas dinner was brilliant. Some very interesting projects on the go, i will be gaining a lot of experience and will be seeing a lot of tangible improvements.

We're going to need a bigger office soon!
