Micro-management. Need to follow the instruction of boss and his wife. Like to terminate person without any valid reason and perform they are innocent. No organizational structure in this company

The business run by husband and wife, both are poor in business/organization management and they like to sack employee by giving alot reasons. They do not appreciate and grateful and expect all the staff work like cow! They continue blaming staff low performing and use HR to write the termination letter. If not follow their instruction, you get fired immediately. Toxic environment from HK culture and bring to MY environment and keep playing politics and acted like they are the innocent ones. It almost like a scam company!
