The environment is cool, you get a preview of up-coming trends, and you can learn a lot about running a retail business.
Cons
Management is always unhappy and isn't competent, no one goes out of their way to help anyone (which is frustrating & reflects poorly upon everyone employed), the work is tedious, and associates are not paid very well.
