A learning experience Retail experience Great music Great people to work with and obtain relationships with Diverse customers which can be very interesting Freedom of style The company is very flexible and creative with their ideas
Cons
Your hours do not depend on if you work hard, favoritism is alive and well. The people who work the hardest in my store are ironically the one's who get the least hours.
