      The most toxic, hostile work environment I've ever been involved in. The managers have no consideration for employee morale or cooperation.

      Pros

      Generally, this was a good place to work, coworkers are really wonderful people. It had a cohesive team feeling because of the small staff, we had to help each other out. A big plus is that the library trustees actually use the library and seem to be pro-staff.

      Cons

      Adult services and youth services are the two departments that lack good management.
