Pros
You really learn real estate management 101. The best asset of the company is their EVP. The EVP and the new VP provide a tutorial servant leadership. As an employee you need to manage your own career path toward your next employer.
Cons
Ownership is toxic. The senior partner does not provide an atmosphere is career development. Rather it is an atmosphere narcissistic bullying. You need really thick skin and a laser focus on your career development. Low pay for the work load and abuse.
