Pros
ForeScout has good products, and a growing customer base. There are some very good people there, and in the past, there were good relationships possible. They offer excellent benefits.
Cons
ForeScout used to have a pretty nice working environment. It was alwasy very aggressive in the level of work, but that's pretty typical of technology companies. It became a very caustic environment with the new CEO, who seems more concerned about how he looks in the market than how ForeScout is preceived. And while significant attention is given to growing the sales team, very little is dedicated to supporting existing customers nor thoughts to how to onboard the many new customers that were being sold to. It's become highly political, a place where it is best to watch your back. I don't recommend it in it's current form.
