The directors of research and entry-level staff are wonderful. They are the ones who made this position worthwhile.
Cons
The new management and administration of this place is disastrous. The higher-ups care more about the donors than the wellbeing of their entry-level employees. If you are a young person, you will have to fight tooth and nail to get your concerns or opinions heard. There is virtually no form of human resources or support for employees. Instead of trying to support a new hire in their career growth, the administration will question why you are not an expert within the field already. They provide you with no opportunities to grow and do not listen when employees point out systemic issues within the company that prevent individuals from achieving success within their roles.
