      Working for Forcite is to work for a startup where your voice is heard. A passionate team with an awesome product.

      Cons

      Since Forcite is a small company (at the moment - Feb. 2021) it means that all employees need to have their finger on the pulse at all times. Taking extended leave can be tough, though not impossible.
