Workplace bullying and unprofessional behaviour were often overlooked or tolerated, leading to a psychologically unsafe environment. No meaningful HR policies or processes in place to address or prevent these issues. The company’s vision and mission shifted frequently, creating confusion and undermining long-term goals. Hiring and promotion decisions seemed heavily influenced by internal politics rather than skill, contribution, or impact. Multiple colleagues struggled with mental health challenges as a direct result of the culture. Despite substantial top-heavy investment, there was little appetite for genuine innovation or empowering teams to drive meaningful change.
