      I have got call from this consultancy mentioning there is a vacancy in TCS. After clearing the interview only they let me know, it's not direct employment with TCS, it is with foraysoft but the client is TCS. For their sake to show their trust to client (TCS), they are just picking profile from Naukri and sending to Client for interviews. This is very bad behavior. After clearing client interview, thy will make you as employee of foraysoft and will engage you to client?? Pathetic. Send your employees to your client interview. Don't pick profile from Naukri and cheat them to attend interviews for your benefits

      Pros

      I am senior resource with 15 years of experience and joined ForaySoft after my stint at very large organisations. I can safely say that ForaySoft has been amazing in many ways than I thought of. Our relationship with customer I work with, XILINX in this case has been very strong. We have a relationship of 12 years and have contributed so much. ForaySoft works with only those customers who treat employees with respect and provides equal opportunity. Like any other organisation, they do have short fallings but as a team, we are willing to correct and move forward and that is the strength of ForaySoft.

      Salary as per Market Standards Gets salary ontime if you have billing at client side(TCS)
