Hi There, Though we value your response, there are some points which we would like to disagree. 1. Right place for a short stint if financially motivated - We have employees here who averages to more than 3 years of stint at Foradian. Foradians are not only motivated by the pay that we offer, if that was the case many of our employees would have resigned before last April when the pay was below industry standard. 2. We have not forced any one to write reviews. We have asked everyone to write unbiased reviews which would help prospective candidates to get an insight of the company. There were no instances where a reward or punishment was given based on whether you put reviews in Glassdoor or not 3. From a start up with 6 founders, we are happy that we have grown to a company of 50+ and 6 years in operation. Though we admit that we are less experienced than many of the company founders around and don't hold a PG from IIM's or IIT's, still building a company and running it for 6+ years and 50+ employees is no easy task 4. We don't have interns here. While we can give a list of Ex-Foradians who have experienced from Foradian and started their own venture, have got employment with a higher pay etc. Criticizing for the sake of criticizing won't help anyone 5. Well if you think that Foradian is biased towards South Indian's, we happily ignore this allegation with least respect.
