      Pros

      Good all weather gear. Responsive to equipment requests.

      Cons

      Over the past few years, inflation has struck us hard, and we haven't recieved anything. Meanwhile, Footprints has renegotiated some of their contacts to reflect the recent inflation. Not a livable wage, and you will see your buying power drop every single month. No benefits for part time.

      Pros

      Decent pay, ok benefits and a wide range of places you can work. Some support from employees.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, management sets you up to fail. They would rather you figure it out yourself. They will call you at all hours day and night to take shifts.
