Pros
Brilliant colleagues that made a fantastic atmosphere in the office.
Cons
First of all, communication from the top is very poor. They need to be more transparent with their employees . We were repeatedly told that the Liverpool office would expand, and the company as a whole was growing. However, this never happened, and they made us redundant despite giving us a false perception of job security. The pay is awful. We are paid per game we analyse on a task rate, and on two separate occasions, they decreased the amount we are paid per game. This happened within just 7 months, which coincided with a cost of living crisis. During the redundancy process, we only heard from the CEO on two occasions. The first was on April 25th, when we were informed that we would be made redundant, and the second was on our last day, July 3rd, when he "thanked" us for our hard work. Both of these communications were sent via email. This lack of personal interaction demonstrates complete disrespect from the owners.
