Pros
I'm always taken care of. I've never had a situation where the company treated me unfairly. The pay is very good relative to the workload, I average something like 15 an hour, and given the amount of hours I can work in a week, I'm doing pretty well. Overall a very good situation to be in.
Cons
Sometimes you have to drive very far to get to the next delivery, as when the market is slow, they might not have anything close by to dispatch you to. But it's not really a big deal if you are smart enough to have a very fuel efficient car to do this job.
