Pros
I think a company like this is a great opportunity for a summer internship because I got a lot of responsibility and ability to work across multiple functions. Also a beautiful place to work and a lot of extra company perks like great food, events, etc.
Cons
Company was in a restructuring phase and therefore there were a lot of fire-drills, but I didn't find it unmanageable as long as you were flexible. It was also clear employee sentiment was low. This didn't bother me because I knew I was only there on a temporary basis.
