Pros
+ I love the mission at Fig. I get to help people with dietary restrictions and complex medical conditions find and enjoy food they can eat + Since Fig is a startup, the work is ALWAYS different + Get to work remotely
Cons
- Sometimes, because it's a startup, it feels like I work too hard, but this is more on me than it is on Fig - Even though remote-work is nice, I really wish we were in person more often
