As always, those activities are completely optional. About a year ago – through our lab managers – we suggested that employees consider posting feedback on Glassdoor. Many companies do this. There were no incentives offered, there are still no incentives being offered, no one is being coerced, no one has been written up and we all know feedback is anonymous. Your “slave environment” comment is inappropriate on multiple levels.
