Pros

fellow employees were great to work with. Everyone helped each other out.

Cons

The manager was racist and did'nt do his job. Said he would fix things that were not right, but never did. After working all by myself a 11 hour day with no overtime, went to him to see why he didnt fix the issues that have been going on for years yet, i was told to leave untill my attitude changed......Got no thank you for all i did in my dept. the day before or in the last 5 months when i was the only seasoned deli employee, had to work full time hours, train new workers with no benefits or thank you's,. I like my job even if it was hard to do my work, after i had to do the other deli employees job because he did not make them do their job( they would not be in the dept. half the time and left early 4 out of 5 days and not finish their work, so i had to finish theirs before i could do mine. I blame manager of the store because in my opinion he was not manager material, and always got rid of the employees that actually did a good job, and kept those who did not....He got called HR on three months in a row, and nothing happened, he is still doing a bad job...And is very racist against white people, so if you are white...Dont go to Moncks Corner to get hired..Because you will be doing 5 times as much work with no benefits, and no appreciation of aqll your hard work....

Pros

They (management) can be reasonable at times, such as with your breaks and scheduling.

Cons

My current management isn't giving me enough hours to be even decently sustainable, yet they have open-shifts available that they could assign to anyone, so why not give those hours to people who are severely underscheduled? If you want your workers to work for you, treat them right and compensate them fairly, and stop expecting them to come in everytime you text them just because someone else called out, maybe you need to give the people who constantly call out less hours because they aren't being reliable, and you need to give more hours to the people who do come to work and get things done, because they've proven to be reliable and willing to come in on their assigned days.
