Terrible for women - Anonymous employee Fonteva Employee Review

We're sorry that your experience at Fonteva was not ideal. As a start-up tech environment, we have had changes as expected in a fast-growing company. We are happy to report that, unlike the norm in the tech sector, Fonteva has about a 50-50 male-female ratio. The same ratio is reflected in our turnover rate, which is also below industry average. Of all 2016 departures, only 2 were within 3 months; 1 voluntary, 1 not. We continue to improve processes as well as benefits on an ongoing basis--unfortunately the latter is subject to the whims of the Affordable Care Act market & our company size. We continue to see improvements as our employee size grows. The CEO’s aim is to please customers, employees and investors; therefore all employees’ role is to support him in this endeavor.
