Horrible place to work! - IP Assistant Foley & Lardner LLP Employee Review

Terrible and nearly non-existent on-boarding planning and success strategy to ensure success of new employees. Months pass before provided firm training in order to be successful in job to meet role related requirements. Low morale and esteem in the work place and many are very distrusting of the HR Dept. who they turn to for assistance but only get cheerleading and the smile and nod but no substantial support for issues with some reporting verbal aggressiveness and abuse by peer to peer workers.
