Horrible Place to work very Toxic - Anonymous employee Foley Family Wines Employee Review

Upper management is horrible. They treated everyone so poorly most have the people who actually did the work and were qualified left for greener pastures. I was in a meeting where they told everyone they weren’t getting bonuses because ownership choices not because we didn’t hit our numbers (because we did) . The meeting ended with if you don’t like what you’ve heard don’t let the door hit you on your way out. The most unprofessional company meeting I’ve ever attended. They constantly say they are going to give a bonus or do this or that for employees but it never happens. They treated people who were amazing at their jobs like dirt and who would want to stay and work for a company like that? It’s a family company that treats you like an enemy.
