Stable organization that asked employee input , and tried hard to balance time off vs working hard , long hours
Cons
They consistently reward and promote people they have had issues with, but like and let people go who are good employees. I was let go after 13 years , 5 promotions and never having a bad review or note in my file. No reason given. That manager is now CEO.
