Having started in March of 2014 I was one of the original employees at Focused Support, LLC. While there definitely were some hiccups over the years while the owners found their stride in leading us, being an FS employee is one of the best experiences of my life. I previously worked at a 150 person subsidiary of a international company, a 30 person company, and what has grown from three people to around 20 at FS.
Leadership is always willing to hear and address your concerns, whether it is supporting you in your personal life or helping to address your professional progress. There are plenty of opportunities to push your boundaries and work on new and interesting projects.
Emplyement with FS comes with excellent benefits and a very well balanced work/life relationship.
