My co-workers and director were great at FocusKPI. Most of them have since left. I learned a lot from my co-workers and the importance of analytics, so in that sense they were great. I worked for free most of my time there as an intern and moved up to a contract position for a couple of months. I tried everything I could possibly do to help them get clients with the new and old resources that they had. A major problem that they have is that their services are not that unique and most companies already have strong analytics practice in place. This makes hard to market their services and build relationships with new potential clients.
